Non-member Registrations
Individuals who are non-members of ISBMT can register for ISBMT 2024 by paying a nominal fee of Rs. 15,000/- (plus tax).

Important Note:
- Two nurses per Full Member Centre, nominated by the Head of Department, will receive free accommodation for 1 night (1st May 2026),if they register on or before 25th March 2026.
- Nurses with selected abstracts from full member HSCT Centers will be eligible for a travel grant up to INR 5,000/- (on submission of bills) and free accommodation for 1 night (1st May 2026).
- Trainee physicians/Data Managers/ Transplant Coordinators /Research Coordinators from full member HSCT Centers with selected abstracts will be eligible for a travel grant up to INR 5,000/- (on submission of bills) and free accommodation for 2 nights (1st May & 2nd May 2026).
- All member physicians from ISBMT Full Member HSCT Centres are required to make their own travel arrangements and will be eligible for free accommodation for two nights (1st and 2nd of May 2026) if registered on or before 25th March 2026.
- *A Full Member HSCT Centre refers to a hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) centre that is officially enrolled as a Full Member of the Indian Society for Blood & Marrow Transplantation (ISBMT), has fulfilled all prescribed membership criteria, and is entitled to the full rights and privileges of ISBMT membership as per the Society’s bylaws.
- **An Associate HSCT Centre refers to a hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) centre that is enrolled with the Indian Society for Blood & Marrow Transplantation (ISBMT) but has not submitted mandatory transplant activity data relating to a period of atleast three years and therefore holds Associate Member status as per ISBMT membership criteria and bylaws.
Terms & Conditions:
- GST @ 18% is charged on the registration fee, as applicable.
- Bank convenience fee will be charged additionally @ 3.5% for all online transactions.
- Registration is mandatory for everyone to attend the conference & will only be considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount/ fee.
- While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
- The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.
Cancellation Policy:
Kindly send the cancellation requests to eventadmin@isbmt.org, on or before 10 April, 2026.
The registration fee will be refunded after deducting the taxes & convenience fee charged at the time of registering online.
Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to get processed.
No refunds will be entertained post April 11, 2025; except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government. The Organising Committee decision will be final in this regard.
Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone/ call. Only written/email requests will be considered.
