Kindly send the cancellation requests to eventadmin@isbmt.org, on or before 10 April, 2026.
The registration fee will be refunded after deducting the taxes & convenience fee charged at the time of registering online.
Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to get processed.
No refunds will be entertained post April 11, 2026; except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government. The Organising Committee decision will be final in this regard.
Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone/ call. Only written/email requests will be considered.
Refund Policy:
100% Refund: If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 or any government regulations.
Requests received till April 11, 2026: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded, after deducting the GST & Convenience fee charges.
Requests received after 11th April 2026: No refunds will be issued.
